Reiki Healing

Reiki is sacred touch. In these intuitive sessions, I channel Universal Life Force energy through my palms to your energetic centers, supporting your body’s natural ability to heal. Every session is unique and I utilize and array of healing modalities like crystal therapy, sound therapy, aromatherapy, oracles, smoke medicine, prayer—whatever your spirit needs in the moment.

With a private session, you have my complete attention and care in the comfort of your own space.

Private 1:1 Session (Virtual)

Because energy is not bound by space, distance, or time, Reiki healing is easily available virtually over Zoom.

Sound Therapy

Sound moves through the body like water. I’ll guide you through a vibrational journey with crystal singing bowls and chimes to reset your nervous system, reduce stress, and leave you feeling clear, rested, and balanced.

Conscious

Breathwork

Breath is the bridge between your body, inner wisdom, and spirit. While channelling Reiki, I help guide you and your breath to deep emotional release, reconnection with your body and intuition, and creating space for clarity, peace and healing.

Preaching + Speaking

I am a licensed minister in the American Baptist Churches USA denomination. Along with my womanist values, I bring professional experience working in the church, I’ve preached sermons, officiated weddings, led prayer, facilitated workshops, and given speeches with the intention of nourishing the spiritual, mental, and emotional wellness of the audience. I am deeply committed to amplifying the voices of the marginalized, spiritually abused, and survivors of domestic violence.

I believe that this work is heavy and challenging and I’ve been called to offer my heart into this sacred space.

For BIPOC and domestic violence survivors

Healing should be accessible for all, especially Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC)—those impacted most by systemic and generational trauma and violence.
